  • GU vs Merrimack - Predictions/Thoughts/What you do hope to see

Zags move on to play Merrimack College Warriors. Zags are coming off the tough loss in Seattle and the Warriors are coming in on a two game losing streak. Whose going to get themselves back in win column?

What are you expecting to see on Thurday? Hoping to see? Thoughts? Predictions?

Have at it boys and girls!

I see they have a home game tonight against Brown. Not sure if this is free or not, but here's a streaming link to tonight's game:

I'll check out bits and pieces to see what style of BB they play, but I don't think our boys are going to run into too much trouble. Merrimack is currently #238 on KenPom and we are still #1 (barely).

I want to see a pissed off, focused 110-55 game.

A merciless beating, and I wish we had more opportunities to prove our mettle. I don't like the idea of having two good wins before two losses with Tarleton keeping it close. What a funk we're in.

I think that Merrimack will slow the game down.

                  Merrimack - 60

I know even less about Merrimack than I did about Tarleton, and I think I missed that prediction by about 20 points. Sounds like a "get-right" game for the Zags.

My posts indicate that I don't seem to follow college basketball all that closely.

Merrimack were D2 up through 2018-19 season. They are currently in the Northeast Conference.

I hope to see better ball handling and making some dang freethrows. Need to see them play angry

The most points they have scored so far this season is 60 (twice). They have been held in the 40's three times and the 30's once. Not an offensive juggernaut.

Not much size other than 6'8" 240lb forward Jordan Minor who is also their leading scorer.
