Don't look now, but Oregon is in trouble against UC Davis. 44-38 late in Q3. Was tied at halftime. Ducks have a big game on Monday against Arizona but first need to get thru this hastily scheduled game.

Well BYU got us. 69-50. Despite Chelsey getting her season high 19 points. Mission accomplished with Gonzales as Chels held her to 8 points for the game and zero threes made.
But unfortunately other players stepped up, as great players do, and they played and excellent game against us. No sign of Jas yet and Natalia Klimek is out for the season with an ACL/MCL combo injury
Onward we go. Hope the Zags take BYU down when you play!

CG3 Dad looking at the stats LMU shot 25% for game and BYU 42%, that looked like the difference maker. I watched one quarter in the 1st half BYU broadcast. The broadcaster was talking about that Harding decided to come back for another year at BYU, then said BYU could have 18 players on their roster next year. Then he said good luck trying to make 18 players happy getting playing time. This could be bad news for us next year.

NC State loses to arch rival North Carolina.
Louisville yet again looks really lackluster but beats Notre Dame by 6.
South Carolina will probably be #1 in the polls, but plays UConn Monday night so that could change again. Nobody seems able to hang onto #1 this year.Comment

#16 Arkansas loses another tight game to #7 Texas A&M 69-67.
Arkansas is now 14-7 overall and 4-6 in the SEC. The have played 9 ranked teams and have a record of 3-6 against these ranked teams. On the plus side they have beat Baylor in Waco and UConn at home.
No doubt Arkansas will still be ranked tomorrow, will they still be ranked in the Top-20?
My money is on yes.

The Cardinal up 62-20 with 4 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.

I've been critical of Stanford and their lack of focus, but they were on point today. Went DEEP into the bench midway thru Q3 and haven't given up any big runs by Utah.Comment

Cougs lost at home today against USC. Not exactly what I expected after they beat UCLA. Looks like it was pretty much a 2 person show w/ Charlisse Leger-Walker and Motuga combining for almost 50, but hardly any other scoring.Comment

"Exciting" 24-24 tie at the half in the big game. Missed shots and turnovers is mostly what I've seen. I guess good defense, but bad offense.Comment

UConn kinda took control in Q3. Bueckers isn't having her best shooting game but not struggling like she did against Tennessee. She has 18 pts/5 assists, UConn by 4 going into Q4.

South Carolina missed 3 or 4 shots from point blank range in the closing seconds, going to OT. 54-54. 2nd half slightly better but still not impressed w/ either team.Comment
