WCC moving to 16 game double round robin league schedule for '23-'24

Basically -- (looking at this year's schedule as a comparison) --- we would replace 2 non-league home games with a home game against Pacific and an away game against San Diego with the WCC league schedule starting a bit earlier in the season (~Dec 21st 2023) to allow the 2 additional league games.

Really do think this is another sign that the Zags are out the door and the conference is planning for the future. Zags & Few have a ton of pull and likely would prevent this if they wanted to.
