I’ve done the heavy lifting by getting this thread started. Long Island Zag Fan can take it from here.
“No team in the country has a better winning percentage against power conference teams since 2017 than Gonzaga... the Zags are playing above average teams in the best leagues in the country and winning 78% of the time.”
Soooo... here it goes. As they say... #### just got real. So, as I said on the other thread... my meeting with the town left me, to say the least, a bit depressed. They said it is a good spot for a brewery but wanted fire sprinklers, more paving in the parking lot, better drainage, etc. PLus the landlord leases out part of the back lot to lawn companies to store their trucks. They said they didn't have any COs allowing that... etc. My expectation was that we'd go in and tell him all of this and he'd say "Good day gentlemen" and we'd be back to square one. Didn't quite go that way. He has COs for the truck storage from, get this, 1972. Basically, town can't make him do a thing. He was a bit nervous about the paving and fire sprinklers. But he was still on board with us being tenants. Then his lawyer showed up... normally that sentence would mean something bad... not this time. He went through some of the ways we could get around some of the things the town wanted and was really really helpful. Didn't hurt that we brought a couple of bottles of beer with us. So the end result was they are going to get us a tenative lease (dependent on town approvals) so that outside of expenses to certify everything for the town we wouldn't be laying out dinero until we had to. So, Take Two Brewery Inc... basically has a home!!!!

No real news to report... but... getting in to measure later this week so we have a better plan for the tasting room. Have tons of ideas but need to have a better grasp of the layout.

Labels are going to have to wait until we start canning... hopefully not too far down the road... might turn to someone here for that.
