Fantastic. He could have a career as a sports writer if he wanted it. Thanks for posting this.

..impressive......made me think that it would almost be a waste if he pursues basketball after college instead of something like Medicine,Law, Politics, etc where he can make a difference in the lives of many. Not many people his age have that type of insight and introspection and can express it in writing.

Go Zags!!!
I am so happy for the joy he has experienced being part of this team and the Zag family. His article gives the reader some insight into this, as well as the pain the players feel when they underperform. All the best, and a big thank you to a fine addition to Gonzaga's legacy, as well as the rest of the team.

I'm a little late to the thread - wow, great, awesome, fantastic - all of the good words to describe this article have been used up already, so I have nothing new to contribute, other than I want this to be the year so bad. Not just for me and my purely selfish reasons, but for everyone. Them. You. All of us. Go Zags! Let's do this!!My posts indicate that I don't seem to follow college basketball all that closely.

My wife and I both read this wonderful article and it touched us deeply.
Coming to get to a FF and to improve his social life with other students!
How lucky we are to have shared a part of his life with us this season! I hope he comes back for his "Senior Year" so that we can watch him standing next to his family on Senior Night!
THANKS Nigel for all these wonderful memories!
